Hi , I have applyed for Canada immigration 3 years ago and now I want to get student visa from canadian embassy. is it true that it is impossible to get this visa after applying for Canada immigration?

Definitely you can apply for visa following your PR application. There is no limit to how many times you can apply. Just make sure you dont get your PR status while you have submitted your passport to the consulate in which case you will have to get back your passport in order to enter Canada .

PR status means 'permanent resident' status which is same as being called an immigrant to Canada .
