Hey Washmah Congratulations in passing and wish you all the best in your training.
a few tips for you
read a small book for quick recall of medicine, as you must have been deep into basic sciences now .... may be OHCM
start reading clinical examination and make your habbit that you complete a systemic examination while you do general examination.
focus on common topics and select one on which no work has been done in 5 years for your synopsis and dissertation. Don't try and think of a difficult topic that you will be appreciated for. To collect data is not an easy task.
Observe your seniors very closely when they examine and start getting familiar with drug... indication, dosage, contra indication..etc
Buy a good steth and ophthatlmoscope. It will pay you in your career.
