only way is to do mbbs frm any govt institute,must b domicile of raj...hope it clear now...

Don't loose your heart friend, You can apply as Foreign Medical Graduate and write All India PrePG exam. 50% of PrePG seats in Rajasthan is filled by that. which makes 200 seats in current year 2008 (infact, ever state has to give there 50% PrePG seat to All India Exam as per Supreme Court orders. so, if you get any rank there you will have chance of doing PG in Rajasthan .

making my point more clear, one of my known as done MBBS from Russia and he had given All India PrePG2008.
you can write All India PrePG Exam if your college is recognized by MCI plus registration with Indian/State Medical councils which require passing MCI screening test
