also one more thing thats been bothering me, if i were to apply for 10-15 residency programs, do i have to send the letter to each one of them. or if i send one copy to the eras/ecfmg, they will scan n store it and transmit it to as many residencies as i apply to? that is to say, how many copies of the letters shud i get from my prof right now???

u need to get 3 lor's from different ppl in the same department...

u need only one copy, which is sent to eras. they scan it, nd transmit it electronically to all the programs u apply. and, u can also select which particular letter u wanna be sent to each program.

do not worry bout procedural matters...they will sort themselves out. just focus on gettin those LOR's.

all the best, buddy. hope u get the match u want.
