Hi guys, I am giving st johns bangalore entrance on 17th feb.

It has been a poorly publicized entrance, I doubt how many appearin for it.
I have no idea on the pattern of the entrance, they dont mention much in the prospectus.
I hav follwing queries:
1.) If one has applied for a particular field, say surgery, does he or she get a separate set of questions for that subject ???

2.) Also, I have no idea on the credibility of the entrance. Its true that studetns doing UG from st john and Christians will be preferred, but do they offer few seats to outsiders or not ??

3.) Are previous sets of question papers available anywhere in Bangalore or elsewhere ?? Are they repeated ??

I guess few people might be appearing for the exam. I will be thankful to anybody who can illuminate me.

yes man,, they prefer christians and st.johns students.. exam is general , not category wise..... if u get gud rank u wil get the subject u opted...exam i heard is not tough.. dont think nobody is givin the test .. lot of keralites giv the test... though the seats are quite low.. paed , orthopaedics anes r gud,, sx i heard is not that gud..anyway.. try ur luck...

but they might knock u in the interview.....ie put u in the waiting list , non christians also get seat but they shud be extra smartt.. ,,dont know about any guides....iam also givin the test...jus givin thatz all,, no hopes.. this information i got from my friends bro who has done md anes in st john

thanx docsheriff atlast i found someone. Ya even i contacted one person who has done int from st john. The chance for outsiders is very less. NIMHANS and JIPMER on same day so lets hope some discount in the competition. in places with so few seats plus interview procedure, obvioulsy luck wil play huge role. The previous sets of questions r not available anywhere. So i'm just snoozing after completin most of my exams. will start studyin seriously in march 2nd wk now !!
