After 2 days of the examination it looks likely that its going to be a high scoring one. Probably there are going to be a lot more 400+ and so the ranks are going to vary based on that. I feel anything above 400+ is going to be good enough.

You stand very good chances for almost all the top clinical branches. But thats just based on 2 days observation. Keep looking out for scores that come up on the remaining days and you'll be able to analyse your chances.

darde disco manipal many std i se last cmc ,,,,,,among top 15 std 6 from manipla ..........they also got 73% or 75 % in mbbs ..................manipla used togive such high % in mbbs or give to only exceptional std or ther teachin g is so superiro that all std get high % in mbbs

The grading system varies a lot amongst Universities. Many Universities especially in the south are notorious for low percentage of marks in MBBS while there are some exceptions to this in the same region. Manipal usually gives 60%+ to average students and 75%+ only to exceptional students. Is much like the difference in 10th STD or 12th STD percentages between state boards and CBSE. There can't be a standardisation.
But the teaching standard is good in Manipal.
