hi can any one tell me what would be perfect timing for giving cs for sailing clearly through mach .. i am a bit confused about my exam dates . i am applying for 2009 match and i will be giving step 1 in nov and 2 ck in june .. now what i am worried about is getting my cs score before sep 1 so i can apply ...
if i do apply with only 1 and 2 ck score with a status of waiting for cs score .. do i still get call for residensy ... and will i be able to match .. plz help

U can always take dates for cs at the time of taking ck dates at an interval of say 1 mth.but u would be better off taking ck in the first quarter of 2008 and cs in june probably.

thanks ... but one thing i would like to ask ... i am aplying for 2009 match .. i will be giving step 1 in nov and 2 in may or june 1 so after that i need atleast a month and half for prep for cs .. because the visa stuff will thake a lot of time .. so i wanna ask if we apply on sep 1 without cs score what is the chance of us getting matched ? ... plz rep

well if applying with all the scores is 100 then with just 2 scores on sept 1 its max 66 % so a person with even mediocre score but all steps cleared (certified) will have more calls than even 99 99 but cs not given ....so keep that in mind .... but some programmes do put you on hold till you clear cs ..but then it becomes risky as in that case it will be first come first served ....

try clearing cs before sept 1 its much much better ...
