Yup man.. Am in philly right now. Well for starters, you are applying very late in the academic year. My suggestions would be to start applying to diff universities by the last week of november.

See if you can squeeze in your schedule a bit and try to give your exams early. Regarding the transcripts, well you can send over incomplete transcripts mentioning that you will graduate later (make sure that the transcripts mention the graduation date) and will provide a complete transcript at a later date.

I'm am working on an article on general tips on how to go about applying to universities but my mid-terms are going on and I really dont have time to post anything substantial. I might post something on my website somewhere around next week - so keep a watch for that (I'll also try to post something similar on RxPg too)

The rest of the stuff is already here on the forums and I sincerely hope that you find all the help that you need. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'm usually available to answer over the weekends.

There are few, and small 2 minute breaks between sections, and its 4 hour exam, with a single medium sized, around 10 minutes break, in between. Please go to the official site to learn more.
