i am doing my final year and wil be completing final year in august 2008.. my doubts are

1). Can i apply for icmr project in final year..

2). when applications for icmr projects wil be called for ??? i was not able to in icmr website..

3). If the projects cannot be undertaken in final year can it be taken in internship ???

Please guide me..

You are eligible for ICMR short project until you become an intern, that means you can do the projects while still in final year. But if you are reading this reply now, then time might just have passed you. Interns are not allowed to do ICMR projects but you can always look out for opportunities during internship. Published research papers certainly add weight to your resumé when you apply for residencies abroad.
