Treatment acute mastoiditis :
Antibiotics are typically the first course of action in treating mastoiditis. If these do not work, a tube can be inserted to drain off pus or fluid. An incision can be made with the same end purpose. Surgery may also be a recourse, to remove the affected portion of the mastoid bone, to remove a cyst should one be present, and do any further repair required.

Treatment acute mastoiditis:
Identification of the causative organism guides the practitioner's choice of antibiotic. Depending on the severity of the infection, the antibiotic can be given initially through a needle in the vein (intravenously or IV), and then (as the patient improves) by mouth.
In the case of a very severe infection of the mastoid bone itself, with a collection of pus (abscess), an operation to remove the mastoid part of the temporal bone is often necessary (mastoidectomy).
Treatment Boil (Furuncle) In The Ear Canal :
Like most small spots or tiny boils, a furuncle is likely to go without any treatment. The body's immune system can usually clear bacteria (germs) that cause small boils. However, the pain may be bad until it goes.
You may need painkillers.
A flannel (cloth) soaked in hot water and then held against the ear may relieve the pain.
Antibiotics are sometimes needed if it does not clear on its own, or if the infection is severe.
Sometimes the boil becomes larger and more painful. You may need to be referred to an ear specialist if this happens.
