1) a. is not diagnostic of EP
2) adnexa (i.e. fallopian tubes) cannot be visualised on USG if they are normal.
3) point c. makes no sense. it would rather have been- ut prop to period of gestation
4) clinical exam is not pertinent to the Q. as the stem of the Q mentions USG.

hence the Q doesn't seem to be clear enough.
Ans. the most sensitive and specific inv. to diaagnose EP is doubling time of serum beta-hcg.
