the format you will gat from ur college ,go there in the office the hours are on muhs website,still i ill give you a rough idea.
date of joining,graduation date compl of internship
then clinical rotations,internship rotns,no. of hours of teaching of each subjcts,marks for all the years

Rs 1,00,000 for issuing the transcripts ?

Hi guys ,
I have heard a really strange thing. In my college they are asking me Rs1,00,000 to issue me my transcipt. I am from Indira Gandhi Medical College NAGPUR.I was from All India 15% quota.We had to give a bond of 1,00,000Rs before joining.So they are saying that they will issue me a transcript only if I pay the bond money.

Although I decided NOT to answer queries in this thread but couldn't resist myself.
In such cases like yours, ask your immediate seniors they can best guide you even better than me or any other senior member. Just follow their footprints.
I've heard that some institutions don't issue transcripts and verify documents unless the bond money is coughed up. If not now, it has to be paid later.
