Hi, i have gone for reporting at BJ, Ahmedabad, after getting selected thro All India quota..they have sent me back after taking a copy of my certificates and issued a certificate saying that i have reported to the college, signed by the college head...they have told me that undertaking form for 2nd counselling would be given later and also fee etc would be collected later (havent given a date)...where as in other colleges, guys are paying the admission fee etc and also getting the undertaking form for 2nd counselling...plz let me know if this is the norm every year at BJ..i am confused !?!

second counselling for all india students will be held around 12-15 april as far as i know.
