Patient is presenting with the c/o headache attacks that he has for 2 years. Pain is mainly in the occipital region and and is accompanied with rhinorrhea, lacrimation and photophobia. Past history is significant three years of living in the refugee camp, where there was a lots of flies. FHx is insignificant. (age 40+).
DDx – type 4
