The lymphatic drainage of cervix is as follows except
a. Glands of parametrium
b. Hypogastric glands
c. Glands of Cloquet
d. Lateral sacral gp
e. Superior lumbar gp
Lymph goes from Cx to parametrial gl., obturator, common iliac and thence to hypogastric……….wish had an Anatomy book to back me up here.

The lymphatic drainage of cervix is as follows except
a. Glands of parametrium
b. Hypogastric glands
c. Glands of Cloquet
d. Lateral sacral gp
e. Superior lumbar gp

Cloquet gland drains from structures derived from Ectoderm.

Few more points !!!

Inguinal Lymph nodes
1. Superficial
_____a. Horizontal
__________i.Lateral : From Gluteal Region and Anterior Abdominal Wall below the level of Umbilicus
__________ii.Medial : From Perineum and Superficial Tissues of the Perineum like Scrotum(Testes Drains into Aortic/ParaAortic Nodes), Labia Majora, Lower part of Anal Canal, lower Vagina, Penis, etc and Uterine Cornua(not cervix - be careful about this point. One of you tell why lymphatics from Cornua come here!!!)
_____b. Vertical : from Lower limb
__________i. Upper Group : From the lymphatics accompanying the Greater Saphenous Vein
__________ii. Lower Group : from Popliteal Nodes : ie from th lateral aspect of leg
2. Deep
_____a. In Femoral Ring - lateral aspect - the gland of Cloquet or Rosenmüller
_____b. In Femoral Canal - most inconstant
_____c. At the junction of the Great Saphenous Vein and Femoral Vein

Drain the
1. The Supf nodes and
directly drain
2. glans penis and clitorris
