which is better-MD Microbiology or MD Pharmacology !

MD pahrmac definately pays better.but may find the subject dry unless very motivated. Micro can be interesting if u get into a hospital set and can pay good if one joins a big lab e.g SRL n others.......
depends on interest...

WHAT ABOUT MD in Boiochemistry ? can one set up his lab of clinical chemistry wit this degree/

One is eligible to set a lab with MD Biochem. There is no doubt about it. But the problem is a sizeable number of MSc Biochem/PhD/DMLT/BSc MLT people are already in the fray doing brisk business. The patients are too ignorant and unaware to realize that a lab run by an MD should be better.
But if you are starting a lab on a large scale, then I think things might work out differently.
