footling breech is an absolute indication for cs. although according to acog guidelines inexperienced obstetrician is also an indication.
lnterlocking of twins is an extremely rare complication, vaginal delivery of a nonvertex first twin can be attempted.
indications for vag delivery in breech
1.footling excluded
2.efw 2.4-3.8kg
3.normal liqor
4.normal placenta
5.normal maternal pelvis
6.no hyperextension of fetal head
7.no significant fibroids
8.no maternal diseases like htn
9.normal fetus
10?no induction
11.?no augmentation
