Hi..
For non keralites follow the below procedure:
1. Get a No Objection certificate from your state medical council
2. Get Xerox (not attested) copies of SSLC, Pass certificate, Internship completion (or provisional), Degree certificate (or provisional), Permanant registration certificate of your state council.
3. also get 2 passport size photos and 1000 Rs cash and a self adressed envelope of A4 size with Rs 30 stamp.
4. Now you got to get All the xerox attested. U also hav to get the photo attested at the back. All these attestation shud be done by gazeted oficers of Kerala Only. (they rejected my xerox because it was from Karnataka Gazetted officer)
5. Now you hav to get the application form from TC medical council, trivandrum. You can either go there, collect it and submit (best option) or ask somebody to get it and mail it to you. (I wont recommend this)

5. Fill the application (its pretty easy) and they will give a chalan along with it. You got to take the challan and pay 1000 Rs in State bank of Travancoor, which is about 1km from TC medical council.
6. Now submit (a) The challan, (b) Attested Xerox of SSLC, degree, Pass, Internship completion certificated, and original No objection certificate along with (c) two photo attested at the back and (d) filled application form.
Tell them you need it urgently. They will process it and u shud get it within 2 weeks.

You can also pay the money by DD, and also send all these things by post, but i feel it will simply delay the procedure. Then it your decision.
How to go to TC medical council:
Get a rick from railway station, ask for general hospital. Its about 1.5 km from there. Get down at general hospital and walk towards direction of ophtho hospital. Its 3-4 min walk, u will come across Kerala Red cross, and Kerala IMA and then a petrol pump. Its opposite the petrol pump. Why im telling you this is, No rick-shaw driver, bus driver, cop there knows where it is.

And lastly i want to say is Take all the original documents , ir else the officer wont attest.
You better take the same photo of your for attestation as the one which is in any of your certificate. I was asked by their Gazetted officer "How do i know this is your photo?" when i myself was standing right in front of him!!!!
Most gazetted officers there refuse to attest even if you produce originals (God knows why) so i suggest you go to the "Lay officer" in the office building of general hospital. That chap atleast puts his sign even though he makes a fuss, other ppl wont sign at all!!!
Hope you find this information useful!! All the Best
