Nelson says, vit K is low in human milk, so it is associated with haemorrhagic disease of the new born..

So, I think artificial feeding might not cause it..

What's the answer?

i think the answer is hemmorhagic disease of newborn.
here is the explanation
NEC is the biggestcomplication due to infected or hyperosmolar feeds
Eczema is due to allergic reaction to components of artificial feeds
tetany can occur if there is a abnormal calcium phospsorous ratio in the feed. ithe ideal ratio is found in breast milk
that leaves us with option A .. actually vitamin K content of breast milk is poor . and HDN is a disease of exclusively breast fed infants
