Hello guys this is ashutosh tandon, im a MS general surgeon preparing for MRCS 3 edin, but till today there r no dates in india for part 3 this yr. and im in confusion whether to write part 3 from MRCS eng in kolkata, what are r their fees structure as in one page of their site its is 550 pounds (Home → Examinations → Intercollegiate MRCS → Overseas Centres), and in other page ( Home → Examinations → Exam Dates and Fees → Surgical ) it is 425 +475 pounds that means 900, equivalent to MRCS edinburgh. what is this confusion?? has anyone applied yet for this exam>?? how much they are costing exactly??

hi asuthosh,
i have passed all the three parts.i advise you to take the MRCS postgraduate course conducted by dr.P.K.Dutta which will give you an idea as to how to go about.this course is conducted in delhi ,bombay and hydrebad. go to the rcsed site and click courses then search for the post graduate courses there yu will find it. there are so many books for the viva but for the clinical part and communications stick to catherine parchment smith. i shall come back.
