I have been in the UK for 3 years from Fiji on a spouse visa

My visa runs out on the 18th of April and i need some help in understanding what type of visa i need to apply for.

I was married before to a British citizen however got divorced after 1 year as she committed adultery.

I am now with a girlfriend and she is pregnant, we are living together and our baby is due in September.

What visa can i apply for to stay in the country for another 2 years so i can then apply for British citizenship and look after my new family.

??? spouse visa is only for 2 years, so what visa are you on now ? have you ILR, from what you said about your visa expiring you cannot have, so what visa did you come to uk on, and what visa have you now ?
