well guys this ques seems to be of coaching booklet
my view is solid food because ghai says" the most important factor in
treatng pem is calorie supplementation rather than protein"

why not immunisation?
because pem or malnutrition produces a state of immunosuppresion
and all live vaccination is contraindicted in it
so immunisation shud be done only after recovery
