kap is enough for mcqs. q-book + q-bank.
I dont even think that you would need USMLE -world. They recently came up with the step1 q bank. No idea how it is, but by experience, its usually unnecessarily tough and questions r a bit diff from the actual exam. But its the best online practice you can get, esp. bcuz the pattern of the online tests is the same as the actual exam(same frieda-like software).
