i want to knw hws the teaching in the so called good colleges i mean pgi, AIIMS n JIPMER n others too coz when sme1 joins for MD radio its usually a very fresh subject coz as mbbs studnts exposure to radio is very less. case load is good in any govt college. plz sme1 help
