looks like you have managed to install windows XP as a virtual machine running on top of osx leopard using vmware...
Nice job!!!

But a small suggestion from me...
whenever you post screenshots like this on the internet... please take care to obfuscate your system id....

this is a sensitive info and you dont want anyone to have this... believe me.... even if your XP is running in a virtual machine.

i've edited the screenshot for you
you can edit your post to include this one instead
