manipal ki fees hi 18 lakh h...,ENT ki thodi km hogi...initially u'll nt earn more than 2 per annum...rest it depends on u how u take it...wether u go abroad n do MCh in uk ...qk india me to MCh h nhi...uk me 6 branches h...india me tum khudka establish kroge to camp lgane pdenge....fortis/escort/tata me lgoge to bhi kuch saal to udhaar chukane me hi niklenge..so think every aspect..
