In TOF,cyanosis is due to infundibular spasm with increased right-to-left shunting at the VSD, resulting in diminished pulmonary blood flow.

Oxygen is of limited value since the primary abnormality is reduced pulmonary blood flow.

yups!
i wud go for TOF as answer to this question!

In the rest 3 options,100% oxygen is the main mode of treatment,to maintain adequate oxygen saturation.

wheras,in TOF oxygen wont be useful until n unless the infundibular spasm is overcomed!

100% oxygen is not useful if cyanosis is due to shunting of blood flow......TOF is an example of shunting
