Quick Scroll controversy in eligiblity criteria for md/ms entrance exam 04.03.08 (6 months ago) #1

the eligiblity criteria in the prospectus says
A “failure” in examination, Compartment or reappear in one or more
subjects will constitute an attempt. The candidates
who have made more than one attempt in their MBBS/BDS career are
not eligible for MD/MS/MDS House Job (Oral Health Sciences) courses
.

my intrepretation of this is that your first failiure is one attempt and second failiure in the same subject is second attempt.

i have one attempt in biochem and one attempt in path.

they say im not eligible coz eventhough both r first attemts they r in two separate years. i would have been eligibe if those two failiures were in the same year.

i feel the interpretation and the procedure followed in PGIMER is totally illogical coz a person with one failiure cannot be considered on par with a person with multiple failiures.
A candidate with four failiures in the same year is eligible but a candidate with two failiures is not just bcoz they were in two separate years.. I feel this is totally absurd.
is there anyone with the same problem as me???

u didnt understand what prospectus says

whether u r failed in 1 subject more than on time or failed in more than 1 subject ( irrespective of year ) means same, u r not eligible

i think retards at pgi thinks that people who pass in first attempt r genius

i know few guys who will not pass in umpteenth attempt pass in single attempt and also guys who got medals in first year fail twice in final year

so who will tell the mentally retarded morons ( iq in rang -10000 ) that if u have enough money and influence u can pass exams without attending them

priya what is that thing about a person with one failure cannot be be compared with with one more than one failure
do u think person with one or less failure are genius probably mensa club member and people with more than one failure r idiots

who told u such info?????????
pls tell r there any studies going on to prove that ????????

one people in pgi r retarded

drdsak,

its not MORE THAN ONE FAILIURE..
if u have more than one failiure but in the same year u r eligible
but if its going to be in two separate years then u r not eligible

and im sorry..
i take back my words abt that comparison..

im fed up arguing with the people in pgi..
and u know what they said??
they have been following this for the past twenty years
how stupid.. there has been LOTS of changes during such a long period and these people still follow those stupid rules..
a person in the office suggested me to go to court..
anywayz thnx for ur reply
priya
