Dude with your experience in Pediatrics I dont think you would have any problems. Email the Malaysian Medical Council with your credentials. The minimum requirement is 5 years post grad' if you have not completed your 'PG'. From what I know the Malaysian Health department would accomodate you according to their shortages and you would be posted anywhere at their descretion. But you have an advantage that you have done your MRCP -CH so you stand a better chance of landing a training job and completing your specialisation. Hope this helps. Cheers
