One must have observed that speaker of most of seminars /CMEs which r held in 5 star hotels are renouned clinicians and not pharmacologists. So whats the role of pharmacologist?To train MR and conduct phase 1 clinical trial?IS n't it too boring?

am gonna finish my internship now..as i feel i didn't do my mbbs from a good college (from nepal ) i always feel low and don't hav confidence on clinical side..but i wanna be a pediatrician for sm personal reason..
if u do MD PHARMA can u achieve any thing in ur life?can u pls help to take a decision on this..if ur basics r nt good can u take md pharma and pick it up soon?
as am a sri lankan how easy it is to get into md pharma?pls tell sm good colleges in south india if u know.. thank you
