the answer is simple as i told you
the question is saying that vagal stimulation can cause increase atrial contractions it doesnot mean the whole heart here it meant only atria we can consider it as the question is saying vagal stimulation can cause atrial fibrillation and that is right Vagal AF thxxxxx

The answer is number 3 because vagal stimulation can decrease atrial contraction not increase. It can however increase ventricular contraction by decreasing the heart rate allowing more time for ventricular filling which causes more stretching on ventricular muscle fibers thus more forceful contraction- Frank-Starling mechanism.
