hii every1...here's d latest on "outsider" thing....judgement has already been made and certified copy will come on monday.no court case has been filed as of yet.we have explored all leegal possibilities.its a judgement of divisional bench jabalpur which can be challenged in supreme court only(friends we can still file a fresh writ appeal in indore high court on the basis of injustice done to us on the grounds of not getting an ample opportunity to present our plea and disbarring us from counselling after the exam is over and playing with our careers.thats what a high court lawyer told us).as soon as decision is official on monday we will move to court.plz join hands for the noble cause .plz contact us to the earliest at

hello friends,
in almost all d states of india there is rule that people who hv done MBBS from that state only can write d pre pg exam of that state,
MP was one of d states (which r negligible in number) who allowed people holding domicile of mp, to write d exam.
1--but people were misusing it, people with even fake domiciles (and u know that it is very easy to get it) were getting d seats.

2--another point, if a person has done mbbs from another state, like Maharashtra , or up, while being a domicile of mp, he can write AIPGE and d entrance exam of that state, which makes 2 exams to write.plus he could write mp pre pg too, which made altogether 3 exams.
but if a person of delhi, rajsthan, up, has done mbbs from mp, he can not write pre pg exam of his native state, that made only 2 exams to write.
so this can not be called fair.
d people who hv written mp exams and hv done mbbs from other states, can they tell, whether that state allow d natives of that state who hv not done mbbs from that state to write d state pre pg exam?

3-- now --d students of undevided madhyapradesh, up to 2000, who hv done mbbs from raipur (C.G.) but r natives of mp,
as far as i know, they will not be affected by this ruling, they will be considered students who hv done mbbs from mp, because at that time raipur was part of mp.

last year a similar JUDGEMENT was PASSED AGAINST THOSE WHO HAD COME TO MP COLLEGES THRU ALL INDIA.
They were debarred in a similar fashion as we

AND VOILA JUST SEE WHAT HAPPENED
THEY MOVED INTO COURT 78 OF THEM THEY WON AND ONLY THOSE 78 WERE ALLOWED TO TAKE PART IN COUNSELLING WITH OTHER CANDITATES.

THOSE WHO WERE NOT IN THE 78 LIST BUT DESERVED COULDNOT !!!!!!!!

SO GATHER TOGETHER AND DO IT ONCE MORE

I ALSO HEARD THAT DEMONSTRATOR FILED THE CASE IN THE JBL HIGH COURT B/C IN THIS YEAR THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL MARK OR QUOTA FOR THESE CANDIDATE.
