hi there,

fitness to practice is mainly focussed on any health realted problems you may be suffering from...
for ex. if one is sick and not well and incapable of performing the duties required like running around for referrals and taking ward rounds, attending conferences, then u have to make sure u have to mention this in the form...
also, this holds true for any long term illnesses u may be suffering from so that the hospital may make arrangements for you to work part-time or in flexible working hours.

hep B, tb, rubella, etc. all come under occupational health.

funny thing is that, if u may have a disability which may need some special arrangemnts , you may be in a bit of luck as the hospitals have to make sure they appoint people from all strata and creed - the equal opps form.

one more tip - no offence to tell you this - in UK english when u use the word `practice' as a verb it is spelled as `practise' and when u r using it as a noun its `practice'

funny language but its definitely got class.

god bless
dev
