the true essence of democracy is in empowering the people,by transparency people are empowered to ask about if they feel something wrong ,which they will only know if exam system is transparent
presently AIIMS
functions in an autocratic manner with all power remaining with single body AIIMS
and no one is allowed to question its autocracy
in this democratic country let AIIMS
also become democratic ,clean and transparent
all candidates should wake and demand for transparency otherwise rude and hopeless future is really in store for us

friends,
it seems that discussion has swayed far away from its original purpose.
i m posting to take it back once again to its original track.
1-- reservation for obc has come into central institutes too, 27% reservation will be implemented from next session.
2-- there r almost 100% chances that from next year there will be 27% reservation for obc candidates in AIPGE
too.
3--supreme court has suggested that there shd be no reservations in pg courses, but arjun singh is trying to bent it, and is adment on implementing reservations in pg courses too, so untill youth 4 euality files another case against it, we shd be prepared to face reservation in AIPGE
from next year.
4-- now abt d thread issue--
i hv perceived that Dr. Bruno is trying to tell that if obc students file a case they will get d benefit of reservation from this 2nd counselling too.
but as 2nd counselling has started and nobody filed any case so d info provided by dr bruno seems of little use now.

i dont feel the discussion hv swayed,reserevation and corruption both are well linked,and transparency is ultimate answer to all forms of corruption-transparency could be compared to sword of truth

the discussion has definitely swayed.no person in their right mind wud oppose transparency n d issue was totally unnecessary n brought up just for upper castes bashing. totally wrong n uncalled for n was taken back by the author. n i really wanna know how transparency can tackle the issue of reservation? u r legally handing out seats to the unworthy!

as iims and iits r increasing their seats b4 implementation of obc quota,so that seats 4 general category dont get lessened, will mci increase pg seats too?
