hi guys i saw ur discussions on this thread so i thought of replying.
i m a graduate of kerala 95 batch.
in my times i was not allowed to write delhi as well as kerala as i was not a native of kerala and didinot do the graduation from delhi.
tried all india once but in vain.
we in a group had gone to supreme court and we were allowed to write delhi in the year 2002.but again in 2003 court took the verdict back.
still wonder why court allowed us in the first place if they had to take their decision back.
frustrated ,i joined army.
after few years kerala was made open for non native graduates also.

points which emered from this story are
1.what made supreme court to take his decision back??
2.the solution is not that kerala was made open for me but i am still debarred to write the exam of my own state where my heart and soul lies.
3. guys keep fighting becos one day u will win.

no guys .. reply is disappointing as u all r not allowed for delhi pg.. i m a delhite n passed ug from mmc thru' cbse quota.. this is the decision of 7benchb judges.. ugs from parent univ can apply only in their parent univ. thou yhis rule is not true for MPPG ,tnpg n rajasthanpg... but soon they will also follow this rule if anyone in their state file a case.... but for delhi 101% no entry!!! prep for ur state...
