dear ahmed i have been in this morcombe bay interview last year. if its same as last year its very easy not worry about it at all. it was 5 OSCE stations which was ECG of MI and its managemet, iv cannulation, drug prescription for post op pain, cpr,
in the interview they asked why you choosed this hospital to work for ? when was the last time you read bmj ? whats sister in the ward?how you maintaned your clinical skills........ect
its very simple and they will never drop any one for it.

Thanks so much for your reply man, i have a few questions if u don't mind.

regarding the drug prescription, did they give u the name of drug and ask u to write it, or u had to write a drug name from ur own knowledge and the IV cannulation was on manikin or real patient ?

regarding the interview, did they ask questions like example of a situation where u were in stress or example of team work ... etc (such questions), and how do u recommend answering the question why did u choose morecambe bay, and do they accept preparing for PLAB as evidence of maintaining skills ?

there was bnf you could use it,but you should know basic medication by urself.
it was manikin
i have not seen any one been asked ablut stressful situation but they asked me if there is some thing out of my limit where i should seek help. for question of why choosed this place. just you can say its university hopsital which you can learn more and more during your work and ppl are more friendly which provide more relaxed and coordinating team working.
yes they do accept PLAB as evidence.
