Quick Scroll TRUTH about Canada 06.16.07 (1 year ago) #11

I came to Canada passed USMLE then i thought of giving canadian exams which are tooo easy compared to USMLE they are just like PLAB

BUT major requirement to apply residency in Canada is immigration or citizenship

although i have immigration but i went to carms.ca to see the statistics and out of 1200 IMGs applied for the match only 100 got it

and most of them have some UK degrees or US clinical experience.

so u can get residency here only if u have worked and have some US or UK qualifications BUT again if u r well set in US or UK why do u want to come here on immigration

now coming on to immigration MY brother is canadian citizen he sponsored me and i got the immigration after a gap of 4 years so if ui apply for immigration now it will take atleast 5 years

STEP 1 --- GET THE IMMIGRATION
absolute requirement to apply for residency by all provinces

STEP 2 write exams MCCEE, MCQE1, CE 1 and TOEFL

STEP 3 U may write MCQE2 if u want to increase ur chances

STEP 4 get canadian experience -- observership/clerkship/etc.

Finally I am moving to US of course ASAP, Canada may open the doors to doctors in next 5-10 years.

BUT right now in ONTARIO the biggest province in Canada there are over 4000 yes four thousand very well qualified doctors waiting for a chance and all of them are immigrants, so even if they open the doors they will get in first.

SO guys just pass USMLE and canadian exams are too easy for anyone who passed it and if u pass USMLE then u can go to US, New Zealand and dubai.

Quick Scroll Licencing of International medicalgraduates in Canada 05.15.08 (2 months ago) #15

My dear friends,

Do not dream. It is not cake walk. The system in Canada is confusing,no clear direction, time consuming and would swallow lot of your money.

MCCEE->MCCQE1->MCCQE2 =LMCC(licentiate of MCC)

After you get your LMCC still you would not be allowed to work.

Each province has their own Assessments, but even if you score well, every body is not selected for conditional registration. Canada earns millions of dollars from the unfortunate IMGs.

To get all the info look at my site- immigratedoctorcanada. You could immigrate as skilled immigrant, but look at other options in Canada .

My friends,

The pathway is directionless. No proper criteria,no universal registration process and complicated. Complete all three MCC exams, because that is the only clear path left to you. You will get your LMCC, but no job. To get a clear picture look at the web site, type - imigratedoctorcanada in google to get the site.
