if ur from Andhra but done ug in Maharashtra or if ur domiciled in Maharashtra but done ug in Andhra thru pmt, only then u can appear for pgm-cet.

if u r born in Andhra then i think u will be not just asking questions like that may be u will go to the mahacet board itself
