Dear Vannu

Can you answer few questions

1. Did you join in Time Scale of Pay or Consolidated Pay

2. What was your initial salary at that time

3. What is your salary now

4. Are you still in service or dismissed

Just asking icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gificon_smile.gif

I SAID THAT IT IS 10 AI ,WHERE COMES THE QUESTION OF CONSOLIDATED PAY.I THINK CONSOLIDATED PAY APPOINTMENT CANNOT BE DONE THROUGH 10 A1

It would be nice if you could answer my questions

And also one more question

5. How many doctors were appointed in 2002 under 10 A 1

6. How many are continuing in Service

(as far as I know about 12 candidates who were appointed by 10 A 1 (out of about 700) were oozed out (the other 680 are still continuing) because of long leave and unauthorized absense

If you can answer the questions, it will help any one. (as you feel I am biased, why can't you yourself give YOUR views / facts to the above questions so that every one will know the truth)

THE 10 A I APPOINTMENT NEED NOT BE REGULARISED,IT IS UPTO THE GOVT. WHETHER IT CAN BE REGULARISED OR NOT.

What about appointments "in relaxation of 10 A 1"

Quote:
10 YEARS BACK SIDDHA MEDICAL OFFICERS APPOINTED THROUGH 10 A 1 HAVE BEEN OOZED OUT FROM SERVICE.

I think we are talking about MBBS Doctors here

My questions

1. Were the doctors appointed by 10 A 1 in 2002 regularised or not

2. Were the MBBS doctors appointed by 10 A 1 in previous years regularised or not

3. Was a Special TNPSC Conducted on 30 Dec 2007 for those doctors who were brought into Time Scale of Pay on 01. 11. 2006

Please answer these questions and you will know the truth

Quote:
YOU CANNOT ASSURE THE 10 A 1 JOB IS GOING TO BE REGULARISED THROUGH TNPSC
.

I never "Assured" such things

I just asked the students themselves to

Check the appointment order and then
Enquire from others

I have just given the relevant information and the facts as is

And if some one is spreading false baseless news, do you expect me to keep quite

Quote:
MY HUMBLE REQEST TO U,BEING A MODERATOR U SHOULD NOT BE BIASED TO A SIDE

I am not biased to a side

I have clearly explained

Some people want government service
Some people do not want government service

I never ASKED any one who did not want government service to come and join service icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif Please check

But when certain wrong news (1. No retirement in TN Govt 2. No Pension in TN Govt 3. 01.01.2005 4. Post PG "will" be oozed out) I think it is my duty to set those things correct

Quote:
AND DONT BE IN A FIGHTING MOOD ALWAYS.

If you can see this thread from the beginning, it was not me who started this

One doctors said " No retirement"

My reply was a very casual "which government"

the doctor said "tn govt"

I said no

Then came the reply from the doctor "I am sorry to tell u that u are not aware "

I am not able to understand which is fighting and which is sarcastic

Quote:
DONT POST MESSAGES IN SARCASTIC MANNER

Replied above

Quote:
THAT WILL WOUND THE OTHER MEMBERS.

I did not go for the jugular at the first wrong message (that there is no retirement and no pension in Tamil Nadu)

I gave enough subtle hints

You can check that yourself

But when I am attacked repeatedly, and IF I STILL KEEP QUITE others viewers reading this may not know which (retirement or no retirement, pension or no pension) is correct

Quote:
YOU CAN REPLY THAT U R NOT BIASED AND U R ONLY TELLING UR VIEWS,BUT IT IS NOT TRUE.

I am not telling my "views".
I am telling "facts"

The facts are

1. There is retirement in TN Govt
2. There is Pension in TN Govt
3. The date when GPF was changed to CPF is 01.04.2003
4. Almost all MBBS Doctors (except those were on very long leave) who were so far appointed on 10 A 1 / relaxing 10 A 1 have been regularised by TN Govt. (Doctors selected by TNPSC and on unauthorised absense are also oozed out)
5. Post PG Doctors are appointed by relaxing 10 A 1 / 10 A 1 / TNPSC Court Ruling whichever is applicable
6. There is no tenure given in the appointment which means that they can continue in government
7. The doctors are appointed in Time Scale of Pay meaning that there are eligible for increments, maternity leave and other benefits etc

The above are not my views (opinion)

They are FACTS

There is a lot of difference between "views" (which can change from one person to person) and "facts" (which are common to every one)

If you still have any doubts as to the difference between "views" and "facts"

1
Harper's Biochem 27th Edition has 692 Pages - is a fact

2
2a Harper is an interesting book is a view (opinion)
2b Harper is a boring book is a view (opinion)

Now as far as the second is concerned, you can type 2a or 2b and that is your right

But you (or me or any one) cannot type in this forum that Harper 27th Edition has 1800 pages icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif

If you post that harper 27th edition has 1800 pages, I will of course post that Harper 27th Edition has 692 Pages

At this point you cannot tell me that I am biased toward 692 pages and biased against 1800 pages.

If you say that "I am sorry to tell u that u are not aware" "I got this information from a School Headmaster" etc etc etc that is awkward
-oOo-

On the other hand, if you tell that Harper is Interesting and I tell Harper is boring and I fight with you regarding that, it is a different issue. You cannot prove that Harper is interesting. you cannot cite a Government Order to tell Harper is interesting. I cannot refer to Tamil Nadu Sub Ordinate Services rules to tell Harper is boring. I cannot refer to the Appointment order to tell that Harper is boring.

That is individual opinion and there can be no common opinion and each one can have one

-oOo-

On the other hand, you and me cannot differ on the following issues

No of pages in Harper 27th edition - 692 (+ 10 prelims)
No of authors - 10
No of sections - 6
No of chapters - 52

because the above are facts
-oOo-

On the other hand

Harper is Must for AIPG
Harper is useful for AIPG
Harper can be readed for AIPG
Harper is useless for AIPG

are OPINIONS

-oOo-

If you still stand by your allegation that I am biased (after reading this example regarding Harper) in this thread, please be kind enough to point out as to where I am biased

I am ready to apologise and remove the entries

-oOo-

If any one still cannot understand the difference between "FACTS" and "OPINION" please tell and I will try to give some more examples

-oOo-

Every one is free to express OPINIONS, but no one has the right to distort facts to suit his / her opinion icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif

Any doubts and I am ready to explain

I just came to see that my earlier post contained "no retirement" .I admit it was a typo error and it has to be read "no pension after retirement".Sorry,i was not smart enough to add a tagline about typo errors with all my posts.

But for the remaining details,I stand by my facts.the thread which gave the details about pension was intended to tell the students that the so called pension was nothing but ur own money which will be deducted from ur salary while on service. And this is not the same which govt used to practice earlier.whatever name u call GPF or CPF,it is ur own money and not the surplus amount which doctors used to get before.(also can be taken as profident fund) .Regarding dates, though 2005 was wrong, the corrected date(earlier date) given by our moderator puts even more fellow doctors in the miserable situation.

I request no more replies to this message as this post was mainly written to tell about the TYPO error and also this post is not relevant to the TOPIC of this thread.

Thanks !!! If you had admitted this a long time back (when I was quoting your posts verbatim for umpteen times), most of these discussions were not necessary

Adding a tagline alone is not smartness. The real smartness is IDENTIFYING YOUR MISTAKES as soon as they are gently pointed out. and if not after being gently pointed out, one should be able to identify and rectify when they pointed later straight in the face.

There is also a Government Contribution to CPF. It is not "only" Own Money

Quote:
And this is not the same which govt used to practice earlier.

Fully agreed. Who refused that

Earlier - GPF
Now - CPF

Quote:
whatever name u call GPF or CPF,it is ur own money and not the surplus amount which doctors used to get before.(also can be taken as profident fund).

I am not able to understand this statement

Earlier we got GPF
Now we get CPF

Can you explain a bit more about this statement of yours

Quote:

May be..

But the point I was trying to emphasize all along is that the so called "miserable state" is nothing but a change from GPF to CPF and NOT FROM
PENSION TO NO PENSION as was wrongly typed and vehemently defended for 2 days confusing so many innocent people to such and extent and even making one ask "how cum u hav al this up to date inf which AEE working in govt dont have")

By the way

In GPF there was only one option
In CPF there are three options (Plan I, Plan II, Plan III)

And

For those who want to quit service midway, CPF (one of the plans in CPF) is a better option than GPF icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif

Dear Doctors,
please stop the useless arguments. There are two types of people.Regular&adveturers.Adventurers never seek for security...like govt jobs.medicine is a wide field&those who take risks or want more exposure never bond with anything. We need not money but the advances in the field to apply to the people
We respect "nattukku vulaikkum nallavargal".The day will come ,there will be
1.good infra structure
2.no "in between" people from O.P. ticket to the theatre.
3.heart full of "service"{not for the P.G. seat or job security}people with smiling face.
4. special care for everyone who enter the hospital because enough staffs.
5. the most advanced equiped govt hospitals.
6. no need for private practice to a govt doctor.
7.no EGO clashes causing patients suffer.
then 100% of doctors will concider joining in the service.Because we are saving the lives here& not a routeine govt office
untill as said 'want service or not? is everyone"s own choice.
I REQUST EVERYONE PLEASE STOP TALKING LIKE...PENSION&LIKE THAT.WE ARE UPABOVE THIS.

Hi docs,

Dont expect too much from this case verdict. As far as i know, there is no reason to postpone the verdict for a period of more than one and half months, but to bring down the effervescence of this issue so that one loses interest in a cooled tea. Ultimately it is gonna come in favour of service candidates, i guess.

Any way we've got just one thing to do. That is,

watchful expectancy and masterly inactivity
