in that court dismissed our petition

i m a doc from mp .my rank in all india i 1677.
i took seat in round one and then retained the same in 2nd round.as you know now i m being denied to attend the third councilling.i m ready to help financially also and am transferring money in dr. sanjeevs account.
cvan anyone plz tell me if we win the case then are we allowed to appear as the application to appear in 3rd round is to be submitted till 18 may and sat and sun are holidays of dghs.

i mean to say in case if dghs people say that last date to submit the application for 3rd round was 18 may and if we win case after that are we allowed to appear in the third round...

its all over it seems ,we lost the case in court on day 1 itself. it feels like a horse who has been preparing the entire year to participate in the race and also makes it ro thr finish line but the referee at last (read DGHS,Supreme court) disqualifies the race.
I now wonder why people are abstaining to continue their studies in india.a non medico, ill informed person makes a judgement for thousands of concerned medicos!
