I believe temporary pacemaker. the most important question is whether this patient is symptomatic with this heart rate or no.

I agree with temporary pacemaker. Of course the whole idea is to prevent progression of AV node block; however, time is important. that is, how many hours or days have passed since the beginning of MI. definitly the first 48 hour is important and critical. what happens during an Acute Mi is obvious. it is all about cells damage and release of inflammatory elements into the circulation and extra cellular area which cause problem in AV conduction. By using a temporary pacemaker we prevent the potential conduction abnormality and will help the recovery phase.

why cardioversion, i cant understand
question not clear , such severe bradycardia if it is heart block so pacemaker
