You are appointed as a new GP in a remote clinic.you don’t have experience in surgery.
Your colleague is busy with few other pts and at the same time a pts is brought in with deep wound on the leg with bleeding and he is crying for help.what should you do,
Ask the nurse to call the doc in charge.
Tell the pt that you don’t have any experience but you will try.
Show sympathy to the pt but don’t do anything to wound.
Try to show you are very busy and tell pt to wait for the other doc.

You in a very busy setting and have 300 pts on your waiting list.you are ereally tired and know that you wont be able to see all .you ask the nurse how to prioritse,
See the old pts first because they need more attention.
Take the young pts first because they they need attention early.
See according to first come basis
Call in the more emergent cases first

For the first i would choose "to call for doc in charge"
Second - probably "according to first come basis"

Agree with May 220

Do everything as appropriate to help the patient with a wound even though you do not have experience.
