In which one of the following conditions is forceps application contraindicated at term pregnancy?


1) marked caput formation at station + 4-----------------------it is caput formation that means there is cephalopelvic disproportion

2) occipitoposterior position

3) anterior asynclitism

4) caput at station 0( regardless the station you do Forceps . that is why we have high and middle and low

5) face presentation with mentum anterior

caput at station 0
(basically forcrps is callaed midpelvic instulmentaion ) it is supposed to help shorten prolonged passpage and not in cases where there are no fetus decent ( o station)
