hi,
there is no PG course in Internal medicine in Germany through university.U have to apply directly to the post of residency in hospitals looking for further training in Internal medicine.
Study language upto advance level followed by search of scholarship to stay in Germany for so long period of PG,about six years according to new rules.If you have not completed a six year medical course then you have to first of all go throgh one and half years of training then screening test followed by rewaed of temporary professional license....
In short cut it is toooooooooooooo tough to do here...
