Dear, you are lucky taht you have got job, many Drs are jobless. I think LAS is a good post for overseas graduates. Because this is a Locum Appointment for Service- where you can improve your generic and clinical skills. Howvere, in Training post you have to do lot's of non clinical stuff as well such as presentations, audit, getting sign from 15 staff members etc, which are only time waisting nothing else, howvere, if you have done some work in UK, then LAS cannot help you.
anyhow, where are you from?

Nice, that's good, but Trust grade is equal to Registrar, I think, Trust post might be less than that.
Are you in LGI or St James?

Hi i got an e-mail on friday that there are few FY2 posts available so they have offered me FY2 now.
I have to send the ranking of rotations by tomorrow.
Have you seen in BMJ careers they ve again advertised for LAS posts so i assume that they ll do the paper work for all of us together.
