HI friends, i wish to do radiology from LUGANSK . how is the radiology department over there? is it worth doing PG over there n practicing in INDIA . how is the life in ukraine? i would be thankful if any one could help me in this regard!!

Life is getting more expensive in Ukraine.
Firstly you need to understand if you shall get a DEGREE or not if you do PG in Radiology in Ukraine. For now, as the Ministry of Health of Ukraine states, Indian students who have done their MBBS from India, are NOT Eligible for PG seats in the entire of Ukraine.
Even though those are the rules, some Universities are accepting students for PG, but you must realise that you may not get a recognised Degree, only a paper, which is basically of no use.
So please confirm if you will get a proper degree RECOGNISED BY THE EMBASSY OF INDIA IN UKRAINE, and then only think about coming to Ukraine.

welcome, for now I think Russia
doesnt have such criteria, but check it out from the embassy or the university personally, because agents generally mislead you about this.
