I got this in one of the threads.
Its conspiracy against us. What do DMER people want?
i canceled my all india seat in aurangabad to get eligible for state round. But clerk there told me that dmer has send them a letter asking to report those seats getting vacant[due to not taking college admission and cancellation of the seat already taken], after 10th june. means those seats wnt be there for 2nd round of state... is it the case in every college This is from threads written by draaba

total 52 diplomas and 39 degrees are already vacant from all india qouta of Maharashtra
that means total of 91.
NOW we should check now that how many seats they give from all india quota as it will give us idea whether they have included the seats which have been left vacant after someone alloted it.

Did you take this information from the MOHFW site or from some other source???
Also in the notification that DMER came out with for the second round mentions abt AIPGE
surrendered seats coming back..So in case they dont put them up for the second round, they are messing up with the rules set by them...

HI FRIENDS I CALLED DMER TODAY....THEY SAY......
IF U WANT TO APPEAR IN FINAL STATE ROUND THEN
1.IF U HAVE NO ALL INDIA RANK & U HAVE FILLED PREFERENCE FORM & NO STATUS RETENTION FORM...THEN U R MOST WEL-COME!!
2.IF U HAVE TAKEN AI-INDIA SEAT WITHIN MAHARSHTRA...THEN U HAVE TO SURRENDER THAT SEAT BEFORE FINAL ROUND!
(THE REASON THEY TOLD ME ABOUT IT THAT GOVT. DON'T WANT TO LAPSE ANY SINGLE SEAT...SO IF U HAVE GOT AI-INDIA SEAT THEN U EITHER SURRENDER IT OR U WILL NOT ALLOWED FOR FINAL ROUND....BECOUSE IF A CANDIDATE WHO HAVE TAKEN AI-SEAT & IF ALLOWED FOR FINAL ROUND THEN IF HE TAKES STATE SEAT THEN HIS ALL-INDIA SEAT WILL BE LAPSED SINCE 10TH JUNE IS LAST DATE OF COUNCELLING)
ALSO I ASKED IF A CANDIDATE DON'T SURRENDER AI-SEAT & HE CAME FOR COUNCELLING HOW WILL U RECOGNISE THAT HE HAVE TAKEN AI-SEAT OR NOT........THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE ALL RECORDS OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE TAKEN SEAT IN MAHARSHTRA WHEATHER IT BE A MAHARSHTRIAN CANDIDATE OR OUTSIDE ONE....SINCE DGHS HAVE ALREADY GAVE THEM THE DETAILS AFTER III COUNCELLING!
3.FOR THOSE WHO HAVE TAKEN SEAT OUT-SIDE MAHARSHTRA THEN THEY HAVE TO JUST BRING A BONAFIDE OF THEIR JOINED COLLEGE DEAN OF RETAINED DOCUMENTS....BECOZ IT IS NONE OF BUISNESS OF DMER FOR LAPSE OF SEAT OF THAT PARTICULAR STATE!
SO FRINDS IT IS NOW CRYSTAL CLEAR...
U HAVE TO SURRENDER AI SEAT BEFORE 7 JUNE OR U WILL BE NOT ALLOWED BY DMER FOR FINAL ROUND....BECOZ IF U SURRENDER THE SEAT ON 8 JUNE OR THE DAY OF COUNCELLING THEN THAT SEAT WILL BE LAPSED BECOZ DMER HAVE TO GIVE DEATAILS OF THAT SEAT TO DGHS & THEN DGHS WIIL SURRENDER THAT SEAT BACK TO STATE(IT TAKES AT-LEAST 1-2 DAYS) DURING WHICH COUNCELLING CUT-OFF DATES WILL BE OVER AS DIRECTED BY SUP.COURT!

WHAT ABOUT THOSE SEATS WHICH WILL BE LAPSED BY NON MAHARASHTRIAN CANDIDATES[WHO HAVE TAKEN THE SEATS IN Maharashtra
THROUGH ALL INDIA EXTENDED SECOND ROUND]?
IF THEY TAKE THE SEATS THROUGH THEIR RESPCTIVE STATES' SECOND ROUND, MANY PRECIOUS SEATS IN Maharashtra
WILL BE LAPSED.
DMER IS CONVINIENTLY KEEPING MUM ON THIS.
THERE SHOULD BE ADDITIONAL ROUND TO FILL THESE SEATS.THEY CANNOT PLAY WITH OUR CAREERS.

Yes I got seats status from MOHFW. rest is not clear regarding seat status.
I had called in GMC Nagpur, and got information that they will be faxing the seat list of all india candidates on 6th june at 5pm. you people also call your colleges. It might be some mistake or just an AFWA from aurangabad that colleges should submit list after 10th. Nagpur GMC is sending list on 6th june. Its confirm.
I have also heard that there is 4th round in the waiting for AIPGE
. People had filed a case but dont know the result. Please get info regarding this also.

This is a good point. but nobody can do anything regarding this.
Its too late to do anything this year. for this to happen, our counselling should have started well in advance at about april. now its over for those seats.
