Ever wondered how it is like to go to the non-traditional way of studying medicine?

Traditional methods involve the study of Anatomy , Physiology , Biochemistry , Pharmacology and relate it to a particular disease. In adzu, we dont follow that method. instead, we study the disease and extract the relevant anatomies, Physiology and other disciplines from thereon.

for instance.... other medical schools would learn about hemoptysis by integrating all the disciplines. in adzu, we first learn what is hemoptysis and later delve in deeper into the Anatomy , physio and other disciplines responsible for hemoptysis. its a process of reverse engineering which allows better memory retention and pickup (theoretically). we focus more on bedsyd rounds and 2 hour sessions with our facilitator. we dont have lectures on the different disciplines.

get this... we only meet for 2 hours a day and the rest of the day is either spent on further reading or going to movies and the like... icon_smile.gif
