r u confirmed it. according to me this is not possible b/c there is hearing in two different cases of pre p g counselling in gwalior high court on 9th june 2008. if i m wrong pls correct me.

not clear about derecogized seat, the court has called mci nominee in the court to resolve the matter of derecognize
all india 3rd coun. left out seats will be kept in this 2nd coun.
