This is a pretty good question indeed.I have subscribed to both onexamination and medical-masterclass.If I had to reommend one over the other I would definitely choose onexamination. An in a past post of his has drawn our attention to some disadvantages of onexamination.According to my opinion they are the high rate of repeat of the same or slightly altered questions and the rather small number of past papers questions. There are about 605 questions which should be only around 300 original ones.On the other hand the site is very well oriented towards the exam and this is really helpful. Also Dean Jenkins is giving good FEEDBACK the last few days as I have mentioned.Medical-masterclass contains a good quantity of questions but they are not as high quality as onexamination ones regarding data inerpretation and clinical senarios. On the other hand it really contains plenty of photographic material,of extreme value for the examination. Finally if you can afford both get a double subscription. If you cant, just get onexamination.I cant make any commend regarding 123doc.com.It looks to me quite expensive and I didnt like that your subscription is automatically updated at the end of each month.I dont know anybody who subscribed to 123doc.com either. That's why I didnt use them even for p1.A last advice is that you should find a coloured atlas of Dermatology and radiology and become more familiar with ECG interpretation.Former p2 candidates ensured me that it helps.Cheers.

Sharma book and cdrom are very good.In fact they are the best among a large number of material I have seen.I have checked some of the books you mention and they are useful too.The problem is that the really usefull material is too little. Most of the books repeat the same questions all the time and this makes the preparation boring. For ECG I used to study a book written by Dr.Chang.I dont remember farther details but I will check it out if you like.I will also inform you about the Dermatology atlas which is magnificent.Unfortunately I dont own these books. Both of them are in my hospital's library. You final review regarding theory can be done with medical-masterclass books.I still stick to Harrison. Finally check Harrison's pretest if you havent already.Cheers.
